Communication

Do not let this virus make you feel socially isolated. We know that many of our members are reducing social interactions in order to be safe. But we also know that interaction with other people is important for our mental and spiritual health. Technology can help us keep in contact even when we cannot be in close proximity to one another. Call people who might need to hear a friendly voice. Use Facebook, Skype, FaceTime, and other applications to keep in face-to-face contact with one another. If you have been asked to self-quarantine after returning from a trip, or if you are concerned about your own health, please let us know if you need someone to pick up groceries or bring you meals.

If you would like to help, you can make calls to check on our church family during this time. Please email Janet Dennis. We are seeking more volunteers for a new ministry to maintain contact with church members throughout the year, especially in times of concern.
